Lesa J. Francis is a proven and widely respected leader.  She has more than 30 years of experience leading teams and companies. Francis was the first woman named CEO of a $1 billion staffing company and has been recognized by Glassdoor as one of the highest rated CEOs nationwide. 

 

Most recently Francis was President and Chief Executive Officer of Supplemental Health Care, one of the top 10 healthcare staffing companies in the United States.  Prior to that she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Staffmark, one of the largest staffing companies in North America. Francis was named to the inaugural Power 50 Women in Staffing and named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing Industry Hall of Fame.  She is also a past Chairman of the Board of the American Staffing Association, focused on the advocacy and integrity of the staffing industry.  She is a former member of the Workforce Solutions Advisory Board and serves on the Supplemental Health Care Board of Directors.

 

In 2020, Francis transitioned from leading companies to executive coaching, advising, and board service.  Bringing her unique perspective on business, she works with both individuals and teams to drive extraordinary results.  Her experience working within both public and private equity environments, bringing teams together through mergers and acquisitions, and identifying and developing top talent has culminated in the creation of LJF Consulting Group.
